It's that time of year again when jolly Old St. Nick will be making his annual appearance in downtown Brockville, Ontario for the 2016 Brockville Rotary Santa Claus Parade, Saturday, November 26, 2016 @ 2:00 p.m.

This year's theme is "A Traditional Chrismas".

We would like you to remember all those moments at Christmas that made it so special for you and your family. Whether it was a country outing to cut a tree, making those home made decorations, a trip to a local farm for a horse drawn sleigh ride, stockings hung by the fire place or those happy faces on our children, opening their gifts on Christmas morning.

As we enjoy these special moments remember, Christmas is also a time of giving .Each year our local Firefighters collect toys along the Parade route and Local Groups except non-perishable food items for our local Food Bank.

Let’s make this a Special time of the year for everyone!

The Brockville Rotary Santa Claus Parade will start at North Augusta Road and Pearl Street then travel West on Pearl Street E. to Park Street, South on Park Street and lastly, West on King Street to Gilmore Street.

The parade will feature many floats, bands, horses, clowns, community groups, dignitaries and finally the star attraction, Santa himself.

During this year's parade, volunteers will be collecting non-perishable foods from the viewers in support of The Brockville Food Bank and we ask that everyone give generously.

Don't forget to have your "Letters To Santa" ready as volunteers will also be collecting them along the parade route.

Last year, we had an amazing turnout and with so many early inquires already this year from interested participants, it is shaping up to be even better event than last!
